Above is the Email Send Control Panel in Marketo Classic UI

A Program with the mailbox icon should now be located in your folder. The main panel of the Program will show four steps you need to complete in order to be able to send the email:

1. Define your Audience.
2. Create an Email Asset.
3. Schedule the email send.
4. Approve your program.
